Successful design is the art of applying principles and elements to create an environment that is comfortable and beautifully functional, while reflecting the client’s lifestyle and taste. We work with the homeowner to create personalized spaces that are restful, harmonious and conducive to stress-free living while designing with an eye towards future resale value. Services include:

• Modifications and improvements to interior/exterior design, with contractor and/or vendor coordination
• Conceptual schematic design drawings of floor plans, cabinetry, wall elevations and special architectural and design features
• Finish selections for flooring, paint colors, cabinets, hardware, lighting & fixtures, etc.
• Furniture and furnishing selections, artwork and accessories

ReDesign

We apply the same principles and elements of interior design, while artfully utilizing what the client already owns to make improvements to enhance their home. We also make recommendations to purchase new furnishings to complement the existing furniture, fixtures and accessories based on the homeowner’s budget and design style.
